These words came to me a while ago and I shared it with those I love. My friend Vanessa took my words and created this beautiful background for them. This is the poem:
LOVE
Love enters the soul from so many places
Even the struggles find love.
Love does not have to be searched for
It will find you if you let it.
It takes you on a journey of all the emotions
It holds,
It hurts,
It draws you inward and outward.
Love expands,
It holds as much as it needs to
– More than you’d expect.
It is everlasting and all encompassing,
It is not of the mind but of the heart and soul.
I pray that God can fill me with love
– Undying never ending love –
And help me share it with the world
I find myself in
Even though sometimes it hurts
Beyond words.
